Telegraph | News | Muslim police officer excused Israel guard duty
So, now our police get to choose what duties they
perform based on their own views? Can police officers who object to
animal testing be excused from gaurding pharamcetical companies? Can
police officers who vote Tory be excused from gaurding the Labour party
conference?
No, of course not. So why should Muslim police officers (even just one)
be granted this special dispensation to pick and choose their
assignments? It's sets a dangerous precedent.
This morning I heard Chief Superintendent Ali Dizaei, one of Britain's
most senior Muslim police officers, comment that this piece of news had
only reached the front pages becuase of our "over sensitivity to items involving Britain's Muslim community".
He's wrong.
This whole episode is just more evidence of the over sensitisation of Britain's Muslim community
who are increasingly being provided with evidence that authorities will
treat them with kid gloves and extend special treatment to them at
every opportuntity. Presented with that evidence they try their luck.
PC Alexander Omar Basha tried his luck and suceeded. I'm not sure if he
should be sacked (he should certainly be removed from the Diplomatic Protection Squad) but I am sure that the idiot who granted his request
should be dismissed immediately. He won't be of course, idiocy is no
bar to a succesful career in the Met.
The Met have been making great play of their efforts to recuit more
from Britian's minority communities. Somebody needs to remind the Met
that any policy of no prejudice must be accompanied by one of no
preference.
Well we have to allow the muslim community whatever they want otherwise this becomes a house of war, so it goes without saying our politicians and police force plus every other establishment we have must bow down and become dhimmis.
